Counselling & Psychotherapy 

​All new clients can access a free 20 minute consultation (via video call or telephone) prior to starting your counselling journey. This provides the opportunity  to get to know each other and to help you decide whether to start the counselling relationship together.

​I provide both online (video call) counselling and face to face counselling. Face to face counselling takes place in Ramsbottom where there is free parking available.

All sessions following the initial consultation are 50 minutes long. 

Online Counselling - £55 per session

Face to face counselling - £70 per session 

​I offer both short term ( 6 - 12 sessions) and long term therapy (duration to be discussed and regularly reviewed together).
